Tour Guides for our Special Visitors

Kori’s gran praised James saying, “James was a fantastic tour guide. He was so polite and knew everything that was on the walls in the school.”

Visitors also mentioned how welcoming and helpful Carli, Daniel and Zari had been.

Elise commented, ” I would really like to thank everyone who came because they took their time to come to look at our work.

Her gran smiled saying,”I’m just so pleased that she asked me to come.”

“When my mum came to the open day I decided to show her my daily writing jotter because I knew mum would be happy with my presentation,” Leona added.

Carli was a guide today. She expressed, ” I’m proud of myself for being a tour guide and showing my family around.”

“We’re proud of her.” Her big sister said.

Cara mentioned, “I’m glad some of the parents came and took their time even though they don’t know us.

Maths and Learning

Kori said, “I’ve done really well in my Maths this week and I feel quite proud of myself. I liked when we did the grid and graph problems. I think it’s really good to show my family what we do in class.”

Hinduism

“I learned that  many Hindus believe that if you lead  a good life then your next life will be good but if you lead a bad life then it will be bad. This is called Karma,” Cara explained. She was referring to the belief in reincarnation.

Louise explained,”I read an information sheet and it gave me more information because I didn’t know about it all.”
