Christmas Stockings

This week we learned about some of the Christmas traditions our families have. We made our very own stocking and have hung it up in our classroom. Hopefully Santa might have some extra time to pop in and fill them for us. We have been trying really hard to make sure we are behaving really well.

The Polar Express

On Tuesday we got a very special letter delivered to our class. Jingle the head elf at the North Pole wrote to us asking us to find out how the children in Germany celebrate Christmas. He left us tickets for the magical Polar Express train to help us get there. We had a great time in Germany and found out that boys and girls leave out their shoes instead of hanging up stockings.
