Primary 7b have been working with Miss Brogan to learn all about Jewish Weddings. They made these super models of a Chuppah, the canopy that a Jewish couple would be married under.
Jemma found out this information about Chuppahs:

The children have worked extremely well in their groups to design and make the chuppahs. This week they added a glass and chair to their models to show the traditions of breaking a glass during the ceremony and lifting the bride and groom on seats to perform a “Chair Dance”. The class enjoyed looking at some videos of these traditions of a Jewish Wedding.
