Room 7 and 8 recently created detailed models of the Titanic for their IDL topic. Some of these models included 1st, 2nd and 3rd class cabins to show the difference between them. They proudly displayed their work for the whole school, sharing what we learned and showcasing their creativity.

The primary 5s coded some amazing amusement rides with the Lego Spike kits this afternoon!
A big thank you to some of our room 8 pupils for their wonderful talk about Ramadan and the Muslim faith. We loved learning from you and comparing similarities and differences with the Catholic faith.
Room 8 took part in their Scottish Castles group talk this afternoon. They all did fantastic at both presenting and giving feedback to other groups. Well done!
4th February 2026
We were investigating loose parts to create famous landmarks in our outdoor play session this week. We were using our Meta skills to support our learning.
P5s have been exploring 3D objects and their properties. Putting this knowledge into practise, they worked in pairs to build a structure using 3D objects.
Room 8 were lucky to be chosen to take part in a multi sports taster session for Caledonia Active Kids.
