🌟 Curriculum for Excellence Awards 🌟

Each month at St Joseph’s Primary School, we proudly celebrate pupils who embody the four capacities of the Curriculum for Excellence.

One pupil from every class is selected to receive a special award in recognition of their outstanding effort, attitude, and contribution to school life.

These awards honour children who show what it means to be:

• Successful Learners – curious, motivated, and eager to grow

• Confident Individuals – self-assured, resilient, and reflective

• Responsible Citizens – thoughtful, respectful, and community-minded

• Effective Contributors – enthusiastic, creative, and collaborative

By highlighting these qualities, we aim to nurture the whole child and inspire everyone in our school community to strive for excellence—not just in academics, but in character and contribution in the wider school community.
