What a fabulous day we had in Bellshill Library, taking part in the North Lanarkshire Primary Reading Quiz. Our team prepared well and were delighted to come in second place. Fabulous ambassadors for our school!

Here at Stepps, we are always listening to what you tell us. When we ask for feedback from the parent forum, or the pupil body, we are always ready to make changes to improve our practice.
As part of our fresh look at promoting positive behaviour we asked our pupils what we could do to improve playtime for everyone. As a result, we have restructured our school playground, with designated zones for different activities. We have purchased new resources and welcomed a great group of pupil-volunteers who are organising the games, dances and skills practice at each break. As you can see it has been a huge success this week. Thanks to Stepps pupils, for your wonderful ideas…and a massive THANK YOU to Mrs McLeod for running the show on a daily basis!
