For many months our dance club, drama club and choir have been hard at work rehearsing for our school show, Oliver. This week all their hard work paid off with two hugely successful performances for family and friends.
It has been a joy to watch pupils from Primary 3 to Primary 7 working together, learning lines, devising dances, solving problems, encouraging each other and taking a pride in their performances. All learners involved in the show have truly demonstrated the four capacities as outlined in A Curriculum for Excellence: CONFIDENT INDIVIDUALS, SUCCESSFUL LEARNERS, EFFECTIVE CONTRIBUTORS, RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS.
Thank you once again to our amazing parents, who offer support at home and encourage their children to give of their best, as well as attending events such as this.
If you would like to order some of our ‘Official’ photographs return your order form to the school office with payment and Mrs McLeod will get those to you as soon as possible, after the Spring Break.
