Growing Together, Learning Together, Achieving Together.

Scottish Focus Week

Primary 3L really enjoyed our Scottish Focus week. We learned about Scottish myths and legends, including the famous Robbie Burns and the Loch Ness monster. We wrote an information report on Nessie, created some Nessie art work and wrote our very own power point presentations on the legendary creature!

We tasted some traditional Scottish delicacies including: oatcakes, Scottish cheese, shortbread and of course a wee drop of Irn Bru!

Primary 3L worked very hard to learn their Scots poem by JK Annand entitled ‘Crocodile’ we all recited it beautifully during the whole school Scottish assembly. Many of us even wore tartan too.
