As part of our Health and Wellbeing learning in P2/3, we have been focusing on ‘Ingredients for Health’. We looked at seasonal foods and made a recipe for summer smoothies. Even though it wasn’t summer we discussed how supermarkets get fruit and veg from other countries so we can still enjoy the taste. We used our safe cutting techniques and thought about hygiene.
The smoothies were fantastic. Well done P2/3!
