In Health and Wellbeing we have been looking at safety in health. We learned all about hygiene and that different foods can be harmful if not stored correctly. We looked at different methods of preserving fresh foods and then used our knowledge on hygiene to make a biscuit dough. We could not make the dough, cook it and decorate it in one lesson so we froze the biscuit dough to stop any harmful bacteria forming. We also looked at common food allergies and decided to make our biscuits egg free but they were still very tasty.
After baking, we got to decorate our biscuits. Don’t they look yummy!
