For the last few weeks Primary 6 have been creating their own personal projects. We have been presenting them to our classmates and now we wanted to tell you a little about what we have been busy with at home.

I chose to do my personal project on manga and anime. I chose this subject because I love to draw in this Japanese style and I also watch alot of animes. as i said manga is a japanese drawing style that took its form shortly after WWII. I find this subject really interesting and learned some new things as I was writing my project.

I chose to do my personal project on the queen I chose the Queen because a few weeks ago it was her 90th birthday .

I chose to do Marvel Comics because I really like reading Marvel comics and I was really interested in how it all began and how the characters were created. My favourite fact was that was that it started in 1939 as Timely Publications and by the1950’s it was known as Atlas Comics and then in1961 it became Marvel Comics.

We both worked together to make our project stand out. We picked it because it was intresting. We had lots of fun making our project and learning about space. We were trying to make a model but someone spilt the paint all over the cream carpet. We used books for information and did two experiments one to show how the galaxies spin, and the other to show the heat travels through planets. We really enjoyed showing of our project and we hope the class enjoyed it too.
