Hablando español in Primary 5/6

Over the last few weeks, Primary 5/6 have been learning lots of Spanish to help them talk about their families. We have learned the names of our family members and our pets of course, we learned how to share their names and ages with others and we learned to describe how many people are in our families. We’ve been very busy and it’s been a lot of hard work but Miss Brennan is very impressed with our huge effort and our lovely Spanish accents.

Today we made little information cards all about ‘mi familia’ and presented them to the whole class. It was nerve-racking for some of us and others loved sharing. We all did fantastic! Here are some photos of our presentations.
