9.00 – 10.35: LITERACY
09:10-09:30 Spelling (ALL):

– Find your words for today on your spelling grid. Choose a fun spelling task and write your words in this way.

09:30- 10:35: Apollo Space Mission (ALL):
– Using the link below, find out more about the Apollo Space missions:

What is the Apollo Program? How many missions were there? Take down notes about the missions and the program.

Once you have done this why not design your own insignia OR design one for our class! Find examples in the link below:

10:50-12:30: NUMERACY
Mental Maths (ALL):

– Open the folder called β€˜Mental Maths’ within the Numeracy section of our Glow page. Complete Wednesday of β€˜18.05.20 Mental maths 2’.
– Practise the 11 and 12 times table.

Sumdog (ALL):
– Go onto Sumdog and complete the North Lanarkshire Math Challenge which ends at 8pm on Thursday!
Let’s try and get onto the leader board and win!
We still need more players (at least 10) to reach the leader board! I know you can do it! Good luck!

– Use this afternoon to see how many materials you can gather from the list you came up with yesterday. Tick off the materials you already have to see what else you need. What else do you need? Are there any other materials you need to add to your list? Think carefully about this.
