In primary 1 we are learning some gymnastic skills. Jumps, balances and patterns have been the main skills that we have been practicing.

In maths we have been learning how to create a pattern, it was tricky at first but we have been practicing and developin* these skills every week, now we are quite good at making patterns with two or three different colours or shapes.

This was an exciting week for us as it was our assembly. We invited our families to come and watch and then we all visited our classroom to share some sweet treats, fruit and water. It was a great day.

In art, we have been very creative with these October cats. We used crayons and made the patterns then painted over with 5in black paint, they’re not quite finished yet… so watch this space.
