Maths week in pr6

What a great week we have had in pr6 celebrating maths week.

On Tuesday we took part in classroom escapes. Through this we used co-op learning and our problem solving skills to solve the combinations if each lock to get into the box! It was brilliant!

We have also been loving our participation in the sum dog competition! Our class have done really well and we are so proud of our progress in this!

We have been working hard on our isometric drawings and are amazed at the results! Look at our Rubik’s cubes!

The big highlight of our week was our parental engagement afternoon. We invited our parents and guardians to join us for a maths quiz then we had great fun playing board games. Mrs MacFarlane served up drinks and cakes for everyone! There was even sweets for the winning teams! The feedback from parents was fabulous! A great day had by all!
