P.3 Athletics

In P.E, we’ve been studying different styles of running. We learned about sprinting (which is good for short-distance races) and jogging (which can come in handy when you don’t want to use up all your energy too soon).

 

We’ve enjoyed training drills, multi-discipline learning and even a class Championship Race! Well done to everyone who took part!
