We have come such a long way in P6 with our maths skills. We were able to show them off recently to Mr Young when he popped along to our class to see all the super work that we’ve been doing.

We practised our rounding skills using a Tarsia Puzzle. It was really tricky but we showed excellent resilience and perseverance – most of us solved the puzzle with our partners!

 

Some of us practised the number skills that we have been learning over the past few weeks. We had to add and subtract 10, 100 and 1000 from a variety of 4-digit numbers. The dice game was challenging but fun…
