Please find details below and attached, and direct any queries or requests for tickets to: navalshipscomms@baesystems.com

The next BAE Systems Engineering Apprentice Open Evening will be hosted at BAE’s Govan site on Thursday 3 November, 17.00 – 20.30. This open evening will launch the 2016/2017 apprentice recruitment campaign which means people will be able to apply for one of the fantastic opportunities once they’ve been to the event.

It’s the perfect opportunity for people to find out how to get started on a career in engineering. Attendees can meet BAE apprentices, graduates and experienced engineers, try out 3D visualisation technology, take a tour of the production areas where ships for the Royal Navy are currently under construction and also see the apprentice training centre.

The event is open to individuals ages 16+ as well as interested parents, guardians and teachers. This information is initially going to schools before being advertised externally so register quickly to guarantee your place.

If you are interested in attending the event, you can register for tickets by emailing navalshipscomms@baesystems.com. Entry is by ticket only and registration must be completed by Friday 14 October.
