School Payments- Cashless School

Important update on making school payments including school meals

In response to the COVID 19 outbreak we have made changes to our payment methods.  This includes taking cash out of the process which will help reduce the spread of the virus. (Localised solutions will be in place for anyone who is unable to sign up for online payments.)

Many parents/carers have already signed up to online payments however for those of you who have not then please see the guidelines below.

All parents/carers will receive a communication to inform them of any changes and if you have not already signed up you will receive your unique reference number by group call text or letter

Once you have received this communication with the unique identifier number you can sign up using the instructions and the “Make a payment online” button below.

Paying through iPayImpact you are able to pay securely online 24/7 using debit/credit card for all school meals and all other school expenses such as trips and uniform items as well as paying for your school meals.  The facility is available in all primary and secondary schools as well as most ASN schools.
