We have been learning……….

 The children within the early level playroom have been using their senses to explore the seasonal changes taking place around them.  The children have taken part in a variety of  learning opportunities that promotes their awareness  of  how their sense of touch, sight, smell, hearing and taste enriches their learning and development.

 

What’s on week beginning 9th November 2015

Gillian is on sick leave all week, therefore Emma will continue to support the Bumblebee welcome group.

Jennifer and Liz will be supporting in the early level playroom all week.

Rachael Gardener work experience pupil from St Aidan’s High School will be in the early level playroom this week.

Monday 9th November

Alison Hay, Early Learning Development Officer will be visiting with Lynn and Jackie this morning .

Tuesday 10th November

Jackie is delivering Play on Pedals training to colleagues with North Lanarkshire Council today.

Colleagues from early learning and childcare establishments will be visiting the centre this afternoon at 1.30 pm to meet with Lynn.

Wednesday 11th November

Pre five learning support teacher Yvonne Quigg will be in the early level playroom today.

Lorna Cullen, Health Visitor will be visiting the birth to three playrooms this afternoon.

Marie Jo McGurl will be visiting the centre at 10 am today.

Thursday 12th November

Speech and language therapist Gemma Lythgoe will be in the centre all day today.

Rhona Inglis, Paediatric occupational therapist will be in the early level playroom at 10.30 today.

Friday 13th November

Vicky Scott, Paediatric Physiotherapist will be in the early level playroom this morning.

Infant Massage with Amanda in the Sunshine Room this afternoon.

Please note the centre will be closed to all children on Monday 16th November for staff training.
