We had lots of fun taking part in the end of term Christmas sing-a-long. Room 9 sang “I wish it could be Christmas everyday.” All classes sounded great! We are all ready for Santa coming now and looking forward to our break. Merry Christmas everyone! Miss Jones and Room 9.

Scotland’s Songs
Room 9 and 10 enjoyed an afternoon of traditional Scottish songs as part of our St Andrew’s day celebrations. All children sang their hearts out, but more importantly, learned a valuable lesson; YE CANNY SHOVE YER GRANNY AFF A BUS!
Titanic effort for homework!
Miss Jones was really pleased with our Titanic homework this week. Some of us chose to design a passenger ticket or make a word search. Others made a poster or made a necklace. One child even designed and made a dress for a 1st class passenger. Great effort everyone! Well done!
St Andrew’s Day
Today we have been learning about the life of St Andrew. We are making a fish collage with images representing his life and all things Scottish
. They will look great when they are complete!
