In IDL we are learning all about Motherwell.  We have been using our map reading skills to try and locate places on a map of Motherwell.  We also had a go at locating Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Aberdeen on a map of Scotland!

We had a trip to the Heritage Centre on Friday 19th November.  We learned about the history of the town and how it got the name Motherwell.  We compared maps of Motherwell today and Motherwell 100 years ago.  We had lots of fun!
