On Monday, Primary Five/Four enjoyed carrying out an investigation to determine the best solution to clean old 2p coins. We discussed the variables of the experiment and how we could ensure the experiment fair then wrote our hypothesis. The majority of the children predicted that fairy liquid would be the best cleaner. However, on carrying out the experiment, their findings were that sauces were actually the best solution to clean coins with – the spicier the better!
