The request below comes from Father Kenny & Father Rooney. I know from photographs just how special Saint Joseph’s Church looked when decorated with all the beautiful rainbows so here’s a chance to get involved again.
Next Sunday is Pentecost Sunday, and it will be time to redecorate the church, thank you to all those who contributed Rainbows we are now looking for some new artwork. We would ask you to draw, and colour in love hearts. We would also ask you to write the names of the people that you love on these love hearts. This time of lockdown has meant all of us have had to readjust our lives and we have realised different priorities which includes the different people in our lives past and present. So I think it would be good to remember those people. You do not have to be the best artist we will provide a love heart to download, or draw your own. This is for all people young and old as well, lets get our church looking bright for Pentecost, the birthday of the Church. Once you have done them you can drop them through the door or email them over to us and we can print them here. Many thanks in advance.
