It is very easy to feel stressed while trying to study. It is important to look after yourself and there are many online resources and books to help you.

The Health and wellbeing section has links to organisations offering support and online resources to young people. 

The Coronavirus section offers some trusted sites for up-to-date information.

The Library resources section has some reading recommendations to support your wellbeing.

 

If you find background noise aids your concentration, try one of these:
