History in Kilsyth Academy follows a varied curriculum from S1 through to S5/6. In S1 pupils have one teacher for History, Modern Studies and Geography. In History pupils first study Scotland during the time of Wallace and Bruce. The second course of study in S1 is The Egyptians and an in-depth study of the search for Tutankhamun.
