Senior pupils are invited to return to the Home Economics department to learn a range of skills which will see them through into adulthood.
This is a very beneficial course to those who may be moving away to continue with further education as it provides basic cookery skills on a budget.
An example of some of the dishes we will make are:

- Lentil soup
- Apple crumble
- Tomato pasta
- Savoury rice
