Wednesday 26th June 2013

It’s a very special day for our Primary 7 pupils and their families.  Our whole school community will join the boys and girls in the school hall this afternoon to celebrate our annual Graduation Mass.  We will also be joined by our good friend, Mark Millar, who has, once again, very kindly donated a number of special awards.  We pray for each of our Primary 7 pupils, giving thanks for the contribution they have made to St Bartholomew’s Primary School over the years and asking God to be with them as they embark on an exciting new chapter in their lives.

‘I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for.’  (Jeremiah 29: 11)

After the three o’clock bell, the Primary 7’s will be heading home to look out their coolest beach wear in preparation for the outdoor beach party which kicks-off at 7pm.  It’s sure to be a fun-packed evening and a fantastic opportunity for the boys and girls to let their hair down on the eve of their final day of Primary School.  See you on the beach, P7!

Please feel free to post a message on the blog for our Primary 7’s to wish them well at secondary school. They’d love to hear from you!

  1. I will really miss all the Pr7 boys and girls as they move to secondary school. I hope each one of them leaves with fond memories of St Bartholomew’s Primary and that they will make us all proud of them.
A special thank you to Aidan for his hard work in the Prayer Group Committee over the past 5 years- you’ll be a hard act to follow!
Enjoy the beach party tonight and don’t forget to let us know how you’re all getting on at Secondary school.
Love and good wishes from Mrs O’Neill xxx
