A very warm welcome back to all our returning children, we hope you all have had lots of fun with your families over the holidays and are ready for lots more adventures in learning. We would also like to take this opportunity to welcome all of our new children and families, we are all looking forward to the exciting times ahead here at Forgewood Family Learning Centre.

Dear parents/carers

Due to the weather the Calvinball session will now be at the Forgewood Community Centre. Nursery staff will be there to meet you.

Graduation Celebrations will take place on Thursday 27th June at 9.30am for all children aged 3-5 years.

This will take place at Braidhurst High School Assembly Hall.

Please arrive with your child at Braidhurst High School entrance at 9.00am where a staff member will take your child to get ready for our celebrations.

Parents/Carers

Please come along with your child to the Calvinball Summer Family Interactive Show

on Thursday 20th June 2019

The nursery staff will meet you and your child  at the football pitch next to allotment

Show times are:

morning session 9.30am and afternoon session 1.15pm

Please come dressed for the weather (sunscreen/wellies!)

Visit to the Nursery Allotment

The children sold the lettuce from the allotment to the parent/carers

Having Fun at the Beach

A group of children have been visiting the residence of Park Springs Care Home where they have been sharing their experiences and taking part in group songs/rhymes and stories.

Parents/carers & children to arrive outside nursery gates at 9.15am to board the coaches

The Buses will be leaving Fife Drive at 9.30am

The Buses will be leaving Ayr at 2pm
