This week we had the opportunity to enter a super competition to design a poster which shows the importance of safety around a lorry. The two winners will receive £100 in Halfords towards a new bike and their design will be displayed on the side of a lorry.

Primary 2’s Moving Toys Assembly
Today Room 3’s Moving Toy assembly took place, they showcased their favourite toys and told us lots of information on how they work. Thanks to all the parents that came along to see it. The whole school enjoyed a boogie to some of the songs. Well Done Room 3

P5 – 7 have been practicing for their new show ‘What A Knight’. They have given out the scripts and we have started to practice our new songs.

Merchandise Competition
This week we had a competition to design a logo for school merchandise. We had a lot of great entries and a Primary 4 girl was announced as the winner. We are hoping to sell the merchandise in the next few weeks with the winning logo. Well Done!
Primary 7 Football fun
On Wednesday 10th of May some of the primary 7s who play for the school football team went to the Airdrie Sports Centre to play a football tournament. They may not have won any competitive games but they did have lots of fun. They had a great time and behaved brilliantly.

60th anniversary
Dunrobin celebrated its 60th anniversary with a fun full day of activities. All of the children from primary 1 to primary 7 enjoyed their action packed day. We had old fashioned games, an obstacle course, bouncy castle and slide, a scavenger hunt, and parachute games, just to mention a few. There was much excitement during the end of day disco that ended with a dance off! Mrs Armstrong made an amazing cake to celebrate this day, it was delicious. Evacuee day

World Bok Day
Primary 1 and Primary 7 got together to play some games today. They did very well guessing their partner’s character and had to stop for a group picture.
