This week we had the opportunity to enter a super competition to design a poster which shows the importance of safety around a lorry. The two winners will receive £100 in Halfords towards a new bike and their design will be displayed on the side of a lorry.

Primary 2’s Moving Toys Assembly
Today Room 3’s Moving Toy assembly took place, they showcased their favourite toys and told us lots of information on how they work. Thanks to all the parents that came along to see it. The whole school enjoyed a boogie to some of the songs. Well Done Room 3

Primary 5-7 Summer Show
P5 – 7 have been practicing for their new show ‘What A Knight’. They have given out the scripts and we have started to practice our new songs.

Room 14’s New Topic!
Room 14 have started a new topic on The 60s. They are going to be making some more progress over the next few weeks so make sure you check back in to see what they will be doing.

Merchandise Competition
This week we had a competition to design a logo for school merchandise. We had a lot of great entries and a Primary 4 girl was announced as the winner. We are hoping to sell the merchandise in the next few weeks with the winning logo. Well Done!
Primary 7 Football fun
On Wednesday 10th of May some of the primary 7s who play for the school football team went to the Airdrie Sports Centre to play a football tournament. They may not have won any competitive games but they did have lots of fun. They had a great time and behaved brilliantly.
