Th Primary 7/6 children had a great time at Summerlee. They learned how to weave and took a trip down the mine. They saw first hand the terrible conditions miners had to work in.

The Primary 7s in the P.6/7 class have been studying WW2. They have been reading about air raids and the different types of shelters available during this time. They read about the Morrison shelter and also the Anderson shelter. For their challenge they chose to design and make a model Anderson shelter. They were fantastic. Take a look!

Homework this year will comprise of Spelling, Reading, Maths, IDL, French and stand alone topics and activities.
