This week for your maths homework I want you to work on your times table facts. Which table do you need to learn or individual facts are you going to practise?

Tortilla Pizza
Primary 7a enjoyed making tortilla pizza for their Treat Time. They chose the toppings with some being more adventurous than others. Well done to everyone for working together and clearing up in time!
Photos from the Burns Supper
As promised here are some more photos from the Burns Supper. Don’t the children look smart! As you can see every single one of them was involved in the entertainment and participated really well. Congratulations Primary 7 on an excellent Burns Supper.

P7a Leading Learning
Yesterday afternoon P7a went into both P1 classes to do Christmas crafts, quizzes, activities and games. They wanted to help the P1s have a fun afternoon and at the same time they were able to develop and extend their own skills. They worked well together and encouraged and guided the younger children. It was an exhausting but enjoyable afternoon. Well done Primary 7. I am incredibly proud of you.

Christmas Disco
Primary 7a had a fantastic time at their Christmas disco. Thanks very much to the DJ who made it particularly special.
Tartan
Here is the website address for designing your own tartan that some of you were asking for.

Christmas is Coming
We are getting into the Christmas spirit by singing lots of carols for the concert on Monday. We hope you can join us. It’s going to be an excellent night. Robbie also wrote a beautiful acrostic poem for advent,
“Advent calendars, chocs taste good
Deck the halls for Santa Claus
Value friends and family
End all feuds
Never give up on your friends
Tis the season to be jolly.”
We also did some Christmas art work for the hall. We’re looking forward to more activities next week.
Maths Games
Look at the websites below and play some of the games on them. Comment on this post to say which games you enjoyed or found helpful in your learning and give a reason why.
