As part of our anti-sectarianism topic we looked at some examples of sectarianism in the past and considered how it made different groups of people feel. We also found out about some of the myths from the past. Many of us were surprised and shocked at some of the things that have happened. Lewis summed it up well for many people when he wrote, ” but we need to respect what everyone believes in and we should all be friends and get on and hopefully one day there will be no fights, wars or sectarianism”.
