Burns Supper

  1. I really enjoyed the Burns Supper and made some new friends with people at my table . I also learned that there is a whole club dedicated to Robert burns and that he had 12 children . Some of the skills I used were to sing loudly, confidence to talk to people I don’t know and to work as team . I thought that over all it was a great day and something I’ll never forget.

  2. I loved the Burns Supper it was amazing !! My favourite part was when the top table performed their acts. I also learned that Robert Burns is famous not in his own land Scotland but all over the world !! He also changed his surname to ‘Burns’ it used to be ‘Burness’. The skills I used were confidence to talk to people , and to work as a team !! The Burns Super is somthing I will always remember and an experience I’ll never forget 🙂

  3. I had a excellent time at the Burns supper especially the ceilidh because I was dancing with Kirsty and she was basically throwing me about . I learnt that he was born in his house and he has 12 children . I had to speak loudly and clearly and confidence.

  4. I really enjoyed the burns supper because it gave me a chance to prove I can sing in front of others.I learnt that loads of people around the world celebrate burns and when he was born and died.I have improved to be louder and more confident

  5. I enjoyed myself at the burns supper.I learned that Robert burns was Scotland’s national poet.Some of the skills I learned was to be confident and to sing louder

  6. I really enjoyed the haggis and it was really exciting to do the burns supper . I also learned that Robert burns had 12 chrildren and he wrote loads of songs and Poems . The skills I tried to do was sing out load and talk to all the people in my group and be confident . But over all it was the best day ever .

  7. I really enjoyed the burns supper I made new friend at my table. I learned that Robert Burns had twelve children and I also found out that there is a whole group about Robert Burns. The skills that I used was to be confident and talk to people ,work as a team and sing loudly. The whole day was great.

  8. It was was a great afternoon and I made friends with people at my table from St Aloysius I learned that Robert burns wasn’t famous when he was alive. My social skills improved a lot and I talked to other children and adults. I also enjoyed singing the Bonnie Banks and my singing has improved.

  9. I liked the burns supper but it could get boring at points because we saw the entertainment over and over
    I learned that Robert burns had a lot of children
    The skills I needed to use was to speak to other people and the people from Laurel gardens

  10. The Burns Supper was very good. I enjoyed the songs and I loved that we were able to make new friends at our tables. I learned that haggis is spicy and is made out of sheep. I didn’t like it. I had to speak aloud and also work as a part of a team. I used my confidence to speak with others that I have never spoken to before. I had a fun time at the Burns Supper.

  11. I enjoyed the Burns Supper .It was really funny I had fun, I learned that Rovert Burnd is an national poet is Scotland. The skills I used were team work to make us Better.

  12. I really enjoyed the burns supper and enjoyed the haggis I also loved singing granny halen heam.And dancing to the ceilidh .Robert Burns had 12 children and he wrote a lot of songs and poems
