We have been learning about 2D and 3D shapes. We can name some of each and can describe shapes using the terms edges, faces and vertices. We have also been using tally marks to collect data and have carried out surveys and displayed our results in a bar graph.

We have worked extremely hard on our class display to show off all of our hard work. Well done p3/4!

We had a fantastic day at Stirling Castle today! We learned a lot about castle life but we were also able to share the things we have been learning in class too! Thanks to Mrs Waugh for planning our trip, hope you feel better soon.

We have made tea stained maps showing a castle plan.

We are learning to throw, pass and catch and are enjoying using the tags and belts.

We we have been using the laptops to learn ICT skills such as changing font and size of our type and adding grammar.

We have made a good start on our Knights and Castles topic. We have been working hard on our display in the classroom and starting to learn about different castles. As part of our drama we were looking at jobs within the castle and how to protect a castle if it came under siege.

We have been learning about planning the year through the days of the week and months of the year.

We really enjoyed our Christmas party yesterday.
