P2b love our music programme called ABC Music online. Last week, they sat with percussion instruments in orchestra groups and some of the children even got to be conductors of the orchestra. They were very professional. P2a join us for music lessons too

Here is what we plan to do in P2 up until summer. We are going to be very busy. 

We had a terrific pantomime in school this morning which the PTA paid for. They also bought us a snack and drink. Thank you – we loved our last morning before the holidays! Everyone is so excited.

Primary 2b and Miss Bryce would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. We hope you all have a fabulous holiday and we will see you on Wednesday 6th January 2016!

All of the children in Primary 2b have written a Christmas book called “Santa’s Big Day”. They are very proud of the work they’ve done and it has taken weeks to complete. Well done, everyone – I am very proud of you all.

We were so excited this morning because Santa paid a visit to our school. We sang his favourite song…. Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer…….and he had a gift for everyone. What a lovely way to start our “party day.” Here are the children with their special visitor.

Primary 2 spent the afternoon completing Christmas activities. They particularly enjoyed designing a couple of Christmas biscuits, making snow globes and doing a particularly difficult word search that contained only one word…….HOLLY! Here are some pictures of our afternoon.

Everyone is excited. Errol the Elf very kindly decorated Miss Bryce’s class and it is lovely to come in and sit in a very festive environment. We are still working hard but we are making Christmas cards, hats, snow globes and taking part in lots of other Christmas activities. Doesn’t our bay look very Christmassy? We love it.
