We have been learning about the different types of weather in each season.
We have used a measuring jug to see if we can measure some rainfall.
Then we used our own makeshift wind vane to investigate which direction the wind was blowing.
Then we thought about the birds during winter and made some bird feeders to help them out.
You could try it at home too… We used our hands to bind melted lard, cheese, peanuts, raisins and bird seed together. The birds LOVE it!
We even discovered a rainbow! We hope to find some gold at the end of it…
It is wonderful to see you all learning about the environment around us. Keep looking carefully for the little things that live a rounds us. What can you see if you look closely?
