Hamish the cat is gone! We came into class to find him missing from his basket and a note left for us. We worried all day and made missing posters to see if anyone had seen him. Next day he left another note to say he was missing us but was hungry. We asked Mrs Carson if she had seen him in the dinner hall. She told us, for health and hygiene reasons, he wouldn’t be in the kitchen. Mr Murray, who has organised all our cooking activities, suggested that the only other places that would have food were the staff room and the resource room where our cooking ingredients are stored. Everyone searched high and low and we eventually found him. We brought him back to class and he’s been with us ever since. Naughty Hamish!
