This week’s is called Home Area

On Friday 16th March the Higher German class went to the Bavarian Brauhaus in Glasgow for a German lunch, after finishing their Speaking exams and working hard all year. Pupils had to order in German from a real German waitress, and sampled a typical German menu – some items were enjoyed, others less so, but at least they all had a go!

Higher French- those studying French and Spanish please be prepared to sit your Speaking exam on Monday.  We will conduct the other exams on Tuesday during your periods of French.

Each sentence describes one of these attractions in Paris – write down which attraction it is  describing.

1. C’est le monument le plus célèbre de la France et il mésure environ 324 mètres.
2. C’est une cathédrale et on connait cette cathédrale d’un dessin animé de Disney.
