National 5 candidates are expected to revise all previous topics regularly and have been issued with past paper tasks to help them do so.  Pupils studying National 5 maths are expected to complete nightly finishing-off homework tasks for the next day.

A formal Ink Exercise is issued after each topic.  This should be completed in the Ink Exercise jotter provided, together with any corrections from the previous exercise, and returned by the deadline set in class.  A formal Exam Style Question homework may be issued alongside Ink Exercises.
