Star of the Week
Playground
We have been having lots of fun in the playground with our friends and our Primary 6 buddies. A big thank you to our buddies for helping us settle into school life.
Gym Time
We had a great time today in the gym hall with the primary 1 class playing lots of games including Traffic Lights and Honey Bear.
The Right to Play
During out topic time the children have been asked to explore one of the Rights of the Child articles and primary 2/1 are exploring article 31 the right to play. Here is some pictures of the children exploring a variety of play activities including traditional board games and new technology.
Active Literacy
The children in primary 2/1 are working hard during literacy time learning new sounds and meeting new words in their reading books. Here are some pictures of the children showing off their skills.

Great Start
The children in Primary 2/1 have had an amazing start to the year and have all settled in well to their new class. They have made lots of new friends and are having lots of fun learning new things.
