Primary 7 pupils have been developing their ability to use super similes. They worked with a partner to create as many different similes as possible using the challenge card they were given. Pupils were also invited in groups to look at pictures on the Smart Board and each person had to come up with a simile to describe something they could see in the picture. The boys and girls in P2 have been revising their 2D and 3D shapes. They have enjoyed searching the school grounds looking for shapes. They found lots! They have also been using 2D shapes to make repeat patterns in class.
Primary Two have been mixing yellow and red paint to make a range of different shades of orange. They used their new orange paint mix to paint fish templates to add to our ‘Under the Sea’ display.
