Fairtrade & Cooking Leadership Academy Treat
For our final leadership academy the pupils enjoyed preparing a treat of strawberries and bananas dipped in melted milk chocolate. They also got to try white and dark chocolate. All the ingredients were Fairtrade.
Pupils also learned about the importance of Fairtrade and how it helps farmers around the world.
Well done boys and girls for raising enough money from the sale of your flapjacks to enjoy your treat!! Both myself and Ms Whiston really enjoyed working with you and hope you continue to enjoy cooking and using Fairtrade in the future.
