Primary 1 are planting!
As part of their science topic ‘Planting and Growing’ Primary 1 planted sunflower seeds last week. The children were very excited and now have to care for them to help them grow. They need soil, water and sunlight for them to grow. The children will be keeping a diary about their growth and will be looking for new parts of the flower growing. They will be also be measuring how tall they get. Some have already started sprouting and have a little stalk! We will keep you updated on their progress.
