Miss Newton

Miss Newton will begin working in Westfield Nursery after the Christmas holidays. She is going to be the key worker for the Butterflies, replacing Mrs Paul. Miss Newton visited the nursery on Wednesday 7th December (pm session) and Friday 9th December (am session) to meet the children in her group, look at their profiles with them and discuss handover information with Mrs Paul. All parents and carers will have the opportunity to meet Miss Newton when she begins in January, the parents and carers of the Butterflies will be able to discuss their child and create a new target during the February parents’ appointments and PLP meetings.

Christmas Song Show

Well done to everyone for taking part in our Christmas Song Show. The children all sang really well and we hope our audiences enjoyed the show and the tea, coffee and mince pies.

Be Bright Be Seen

Thanks to all of the boys and girls who dressed in bright colours for the school’s ‘Be Bright Be Seen’ day to raise awareness for Road Safety. The Junior Road Safety Officers (JRSOs) talked to the children about Road Safety and sang a Road Safety.

Congratulations to our nursery raffle prize winner, pictured below.
