Dear Parents/Carers,

Thank you to those who have signed up to Parents Portal.  This portal will become one of the main communications between schools and parents across North Lanarkshire Council and we encourage you to sign up to this service. It is a one stop shop to many of our current and future communications.

The portal has been and will continue to be developed to provide parents with a clear insight to their child’s education and to support transactional communications between parents and the school, this includes attendance, report cards and any general school information. Please note, end of the year reports will be accessed from this only.  

To sign up, please visit parentsportal.scot, attached is a quick guide to help.

When entering details, please make sure you enter the correct details exactly what we have on the school system for your child.  If you receive an error message, contact school office and we can assist you.
If you don’t have access to any online resources, please contact us so we can support you.

Young Persons’ Free Bus Travel

Dear Parents/Carers,

We look forward to welcoming you into school this Wednesday 4th October at 9.15am – 10.15am for our Primary 1 Phonics Lesson.

Mrs Gibbons and Mrs MacInnes (CLD Support Worker) will be leading this session and during this time there will be an opportunity for you to visit the Primary One classroom and observe your child participating in a phonics lesson.

Tea/Coffee will be provided and there will be an opportunity for Questions/Answers. You will also receive a free phonics pack to take with you to support Home Learning.

If you are wishing for your child to receive to sacrament of Confirmation this year the Enrolment Mass is this Sunday 1st October at 12pm. It is important to attend this mass with your child any issue please contact Father Ghislain.

Reminder school is  closed for September weekend this Friday 22nd & Monday 25th September. 

We will be having a Sponsored bounce on Thursday 12th October.

This is to help raise funds for our Christmas school outing in December.
