I hope you have had a chance to have a look through the transition booklet posted at the beginning of the week and maybe checked out either the CNHS website or handbook?

You should all today receive an email inviting you to a transition meeting on Wednesday next week. Please RSVP to the invite so we know that you are able to participate.

I will be available on our ‘P7 Transition’ team today to answer any questions you have or maybe you just want to say hello, that would be lovely too!
