In class we have been looking at crime and punishment during the industrial period (1750-1900).

We have learned about the conditions in Britain’s prisons. Elizabeth Fry was a famous prison reformer.

With an adult, note down in your lined jotter whether you agree or disagree with the conditions in 19^th century prison. We will use these to help use write a letter to Elizabeth Fry.
