Primary 7 Rooms 13 and 14

Good morning everyone. Hope you had a great weekend and holiday and had fun playing in the snow.
This week’s learning grid and all the resources you need are in the Class Materials section in Files in the Folder 11th and 12th February. It’s a short week so just do what you can from the grid. We have split the tasks into Thursday and Friday but remember we said you can still do the work in any order. Have a good day 🙂.
The learning grid is below for Thursday and Friday.

Room 4 P2/3 Mrs Brown

Good morning,

I hope everyone enjoyed some rest over the long weekend and a break from remote learning.  This week the cold weather stays with us so make sure you are keeping warm and wrap up if you are out in the snow!  If you have built a snowman or anything else in the snow it would be lovely to see so please share a photo of your creations.

Please find this week’s grids attached and all supporting material is on our Teams page in the Files section and the daily literacy assignments set in the Assignments section.  All Power-points are audio so remember to download or open in the browser and run as a slide show from the beginning.  Unfortunately, there is a compatibility issue with the recorded story so the audio is not playing despite it appearing as having audio.  I did re-record it several times but the issue remains.

Room 1 – Online Learning (Thursday/Friday)

Hi Room 1!

I hope you enjoyed your wee break and got a chance to play in the snow.  Please find below your online learning grid for this short week.  I have also included it on your Teams page and as always, there is a folder in files containing any additional resources you may need to complete some of the tasks.  You will also see on Teams that I have invited you to attend another Live Chat with me this coming Monday at 11am (15/02).  It would be great to see you if you can make it along.  I am also going to be available on Thursday/Friday this week to answer any of your online questions or simply to view your lovely work if you should wish to share it.  Remember I can also be contacted by email on gw09oneillelise@glow.sch.uk during school hours, if you prefer.  Thank you once again for all your hard work and a special thanks to the wonderful adults who are helping you all too!

Children’s Mental Health Week – Room 3

Morning everyone,

This week is Children’s Mental Health Week, and our health and well-being tasks this week will be all about ways in which we can express ourselves. Mrs Early has very kindly created a grid for our HWB this week, it is saved in our Teams channel and I have also attached below!

It is important to look after our mental health and this week it is all about doing activities that make us feel good! Can you find a  creative way to express how you feel? It could be dancing, singing, writing, drawing, you can decide what way works best for you. Post any pictures that you take and I look forward to seeing them!
